Software Maintenance Plane and Week 2 Update

Week 2 Update

To recap, the client wished for the group to improve 3 main this. Undergrad features, grad features, and internal user (staff) features. So far the group is mostly done with improving the web application for undergraduate and graduate applicants.

The undergraduate form changes have been presented to the client and has been approved. However, an issue has been discovered where certain popups are not working as intended.

These changes and improvements are still pending review and approval from the client which is expected to be done tomorrow (Feb 12, 2025). Attached below is a table showing the tasks that the group has accomplished and are still working on.


A certain risk the group is facing is completing the admin functions before the 13th. Given the recent increase in academic workload and exam schedules the project has been slightly pushed back. To combat this, the group will have to work double time or continue working on the project past the 13th.
