Meeting with client at UPSE

Project: UP SAAS (Student Application and Admission System)

Brief Overview: The system accommodates students to apply to the UP School of Economics

Who can use the system?

1. Students inside the UPSE that aims to transfer from BS Economics to BS Business Economics and vice-versa
2. Students from inside UP Diliman that is in a different college aiming to transfer to UPSE
3. Students from a different UP Campus that aims to UPSE in Diliman
4. Students from a different university that is not part of the UP system
5. Post-graduate students

Language used for the system

1. Python/Java

Expectations from the client

1. Code review of the system
2. Enhancements to the current system

Suggested Plan of the client:

1. Make a tentative plan with no dates and send to client 
2. Learn code reviewing

Things to do:

1. Email Client regarding the system
• Feedback from the end-users
• Link to website
• Documentation
• Company details
• What language is used in the code
• The code to the system
• Anything else the client thinks will be useful
